Short version: no analytics, no cookies, no tracking, no user accounts. Your builds are stored only in your own browser and never reach a server. Cloudflare sits in front of this site and unavoidably sees your IP address when you load a page.

General
This statement explains what personal data is processed when you use loderite.app and how it is handled. The operator is domiciled in Switzerland and the site is hosted in Switzerland, so Swiss law applies, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / DSG). Where the GDPR applies to visitors from the EU/EEA, that is taken into account.
Server log data
The web server serving this site keeps no access log. No IP addresses, page requests, browser identifiers or referrers are written to disk by it. The only party that necessarily processes your IP address in order to deliver the page is Cloudflare, below.
Cloudflare
This site uses Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA) as a reverse proxy and CDN. Delivering a page necessarily discloses your IP address to Cloudflare, which processes it for connectivity and for protection against attacks, under its own privacy policy.
Data stored in your browser
The game stores your worlds, your settings and your language choice locally in your own browser, using localStorage and IndexedDB. This data stays on your device. It is never transmitted to a server, and neither the operator nor anyone else can read it. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it permanently, and it cannot be recovered.
No tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no embedded web fonts, no user accounts and no contact forms. Nothing you build is collected.
External links
The landing page links to profiles on external platforms. Following such a link takes you to that provider's site, where that provider's own privacy policy applies. No data is transmitted to them until you actually click.
Transfer abroad
Through the use of Cloudflare, personal data (your IP address) may be processed on servers outside Switzerland, including in the USA.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification and erasure regarding data concerning you (Art. 25 and Art. 32 FADP; Art. 15 to 18 GDPR where applicable). Because this site keeps no access log, no user accounts and no server-side copy of your builds, there is in practice no stored data about you to disclose or delete.
